Four piece outfit Imaginary Blues Machine endeavor to bring attitude back to pop/rock, taking influence from diverse artists such as Kimbra, Queens of the Stoneage and Franz Ferdinand in creating their simple pop lathed rock and roll. Comprising Billy Mills (Guitar, Lead Vocals), James Allen (Bass, Synths, Vocals) Paul Carleton (Keyboards, Synths) and Mason Head (Drums), they have already won the prestigious UCSA Battle of the Bands and played alongside previous winners Von Voin Strumm, as well shared billings with he likes of Tommy Ill and Estelle.
